Electronics In-Store Warranty
We offer a 30 day warranty on electronic items. All warranty concerns are to be brought to the store where they were purchased as we do not offer in-home service. Customers are required to fill out the Warranty information card at time of purchase, and should any problems arise, please follow the instructions provided to obtain service. Please allow up to 4 weeks for professional diagnosis followed by additional time for repairs. We will expedite warranty repairs to the best of our ability. (Some warranty exclusions may apply.)
Clothing
We will exchange any clothing item within 14 days from date of purchase. Original sales receipt must accompany garment and original tags must be affixed. Undergarments and swimwear excluded from exchange.
General Merchandise
We will exchange any item which fails to work up to manufacturer's specifications within 7 days from date of purchases (furniture and mattresses not included). Items should be in original packaging and show no signs of abuse. Original sales receipt must accompany items. See a Store Manager before purchase if you have any questions.
Gas Powered Equipment
All gas powered equipment comes with a 30 day in house warranty. Warranty exclusions are power equipment used commercially, improper maintenance, incorrect fuel or oil mixture, or abuse of the application beyond the design of the equipment.
Exercise Equipment
We offer a 30 day warranty on exercise equipment. See a Store Manager for details. Damage due to improper use is not warrantable. (Other warranty exclusions may apply.)
Furniture
All furniture sales are final. Customers are responsible to inspect furniture before purchase. Any concerns regarding factory deficiencies are to be brought to the Store Manager's attention before merchandise is removed from the store. Stupid Prices will not accept returns or exchanges for furniture that does not fit in homes, doorways, staircases or hallways or that does not meet personal preferences for color match or design.
Video Games & Software
All video games and software sales are final. Customers are responsible, with the assistance of a staff member, to inspect any unsealed packages or discs for blemishes before purchase.
All Items Exchanged Must Have Original Sales Receipt(s) And Items Original Price Tags Attached.
Exchanges must be done at the same store location as the original purchase. In some cases an in-store credit may be available - to be used at same location only.
Warranty Exclusions
1. Products received for repair without sales receipt.
2. Damages caused by incorrect use, carelessness, unauthorized alternations, improper storage or unauthorized repairs or service.
3. Damages caused by fire, flood, lighting, Acts of God, or other events beyond the control of Stupid Prices.
4. In transit damage claims, improper handling by carrier.
5. Products or parts that have had serial or model number removed, altered, or defaced.
6. Products used for commercial purposes.
7. Set up installation, external adjustments and all normal maintenance.
8. Batteries, earphones, antennas, accessories and external parts.
9. All speakers must be test3ed before leaving Stupid Prices. Customer must be fully satisfied before purchase. No returns or exchanges.
